Booking and Services

Booking: Services can be booked through our website, phone, or email. A valid email address and phone number are required for all bookings.

Quotes: We provide free quotations based on the information you supply regarding your cleaning needs. The final quote will be confirmed after consultation with our sales representative and a proper assessment of the space.

Services Offered: Our range of cleaning services includes Basic Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-in/Move-out Cleaning, and Office Cleaning.

Customization: We recognize that each client has unique requirements. We are pleased to customize our services to meet your specific needs.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Our pricing is based on the size and condition of your property, the type of cleaning service required, and the number of cleaners needed.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash and electronic transfers.

Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee.

Responsibilities of the Client

Preparation: Ensure your property is free of clutter and pets during the cleaning service.

Access: You are responsible for providing us with access to your property during the scheduled cleaning time.

Safety: Inform us of any safety hazards or concerns regarding your property.

Security: You are responsible for the security of your property and belongings during the cleaning service.

Our Responsibilities

Quality: We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the affected area free of charge.

Employee Conduct: Our cleaning staff are professional and respectful. We do not tolerate any misconduct or unprofessional behavior from our employees.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions of your property. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Property damage or safety hazards
  • Abusive or disrespectful behavior towards our staff

Confidentiality

We will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of our work, such as financial records, business plans, or personal information as well as location details.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
